Open, manage, and close escrow transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Review purchase agreements, contracts, and closing instructions to determine escrow requirements
Prepare and process all escrow documents, including settlement statements and closing disclosures
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions
Order and review title reports, payoff statements, and other necessary documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and procedures
Communicate regularly with all parties to provide updates and resolve issues
Balance files, disburse funds, and complete closing procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate records for all transactions
10+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar escrow/title role
Strong knowledge of escrow processes, title insurance, and real estate transactions
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication and client service skills
Proficiency with escrow software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of local and state escrow regulations
